Erica Howard is the President of Know No Limits, Inc. She started this company in 2003 in Carlsbad and recently moved the company to Oceanside, CA. Erica obtained her Master’s Degree in Sport Psychology at Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL and taught various Exercise Science classes at the University.

Erica coached the University of Iowa’s Women’s Gymnastics Team during the 2002-2003 season and worked with them on various aspects of sport psychology. Erica completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Erica competed for the Women’s Division I Gymnastics Team from 1996-2000 on a full athletic scholarship. She progressed to Team Captain in the 1999-2000 seasons. Erica has been coaching and working with athletes for more than 14 years. She continues to coach gymnastics and work with athletes in a variety of team and individual sports. Erica lives in Oceanside, CA with her husband, Brian, and her dogs, Sanford and Anson.
